  • Pre-engagement Situation:IP head of a European telecom giant was facing challenges to monetize its non-core IP assets. As the size of the company's portfolio was huge, it was very challenging to mine the right set of patents.
  • Post engagement Situation:Using GRADESM Aeren assisted the IP head to mine top non-core patents out of the company's huge patent portfolio. Aeren's consultants then helped the IP head to market the non-core patent pools to potential licensee companies and brokers.
